Requirement for 2-factor approval
If you have a top up and/or a renewal agreement, it is important that you update your payment card information.
You do the following:
• Log in to Self Service at www.rejsekort.dk either with NemID or username and password
• Under 'My travel card' in the left menu, click on 'Payment agreements'
• Select active payment agreement (it says which travel card numbers use the active payment agreement)
• Click on 'Change'
• You will come to Net's page, where you must fill in your payment card information - you can of course use the same payment card that is already registered - and where you must choose a means 2-factor approval (NemID on app or SMS code)
• Then click on 'Register'
• Then comes a box with information about transferring your top up and/or renewal agreement and how long it takes before it is ready to be transferred
• Click on 'Next'
The update is now registered on your profile and must now be transferred to Rejsekort.
You must be aware that you must use your rejsekort or put it in a Rejsekort Vending Machine in order for the change in your payment agreement to be transferred to your Rejsekort:
• At stations it can take up to 5 hours before the payment agreement is ready to be transferred to your Rejsekort
• in buses, it can take up to 24 hours before the payment agreement is ready to be transferred to your Rejsekort.
What happens if you do not update your payment agreement?
You may find that the payment for your top up and/or renewal agreement is rejected by your bank. You will therefore receive an invoice for the amount. If you do not update your payment agreement, we will have to close your top up or renewal agreement so that you do not build up debt.
