Stop top-up agreement

Log in to our Self Service

Please use either a user name and password or MitID.

 

 

Select 'Top-up agreement'

You can find 'Top-up agreements' in the menu on the left. Here you can see your top-up agreements.

Select 'Details'

Click 'Details' on the top-up agreement you want to stop.

Select 'Stop agreement'

Once you are in your top-up agreement that you want to stop, click 'Stop agreement'.

Verify that you are sure you want to stop the top-up agreement

If you are sure you want to stop the agreement, click ‘Yes’.

If you want to cancel your stop top-up-agreement, click ‘Cancel’.

Click ‘Ok’

Cancelling the top-up agreement now goes through the system and you can see under ‘Orders for my Rejsekort’ that you have cancelled your top-up agreement.

Transfer cancellation of top-up agreement within 30 days

Your top-up agreement is now ready to be transferred to your Rejsekort and you will receive a confirmation email.

The agreement will be cancelled the first time you use your Rejsekort. Remember that the card must be used within 30 days of ordering.

Please note that it can take up to 5 hours before the stop top-up agreement can be transferred to your Rejsekort from equipment at stations, and up to 24 hours before it can be transferred on bus journeys. You can see when the stop top-up agreement is ready to be transferred under ‘Order to my Rejsekort’.
