For customers who have restored their RejseBillet profile on Android phones

We are currently experiencing an issue with RejseBillet where Android users who restore or have restored their profile do not have their tickets, Commuter Cards, Youth Cards etc. transferred.

We are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it.
