Stop renewal agreement

Log in to our Self Service

Please use either a user name and password or MitID.

 

 

Click 'Commuter product'

Click ‘Commuter product’ for which Rejsekort you want to stop the renewal agreement.

Click ‘Renewal agreement’

Click ‘Renewal agreement’ for which Rejsekort you want to stop the renewal agreement.

Select 'Details'

Click 'Details' on the renewal agreement you want to stop.

Select 'Stop agreement'

Once you are in your renewal agreement that you want to stop, click 'Stop agreement'.

Verify that you are sure you want to stop the renewal agreement

If you are sure you want to stop the renewal agreement, click ‘Yes’.

If you want to cancel your stop renewal agreement, click ‘Cancel’.

Click ‘Ok’

Cancelling the renewal agreement now goes through the system and you can see under ‘Orders for my Rejsekort’ that you have cancelled your renewal agreement.

Transfer cancellation of renewal agreement within 30 days

Your renewal agreement is now ready to be transferred to your Rejsekort and you will receive a confirmation email.

The agreement will be cancelled the first time you use your Rejsekort. Remember that the card must be used within 30 days of ordering.

Please note that it can take up to 5 hours before the stop renewal agreement can be transferred to your Rejsekort from equipment at stations, and up to 24 hours before it can be transferred on bus journeys. You can see when the stop renewal agreement is ready to be transferred under ‘Order to my Rejsekort’.
