When setting up the app on your new phone, enter the same email address you used on your previous phone. Your profiles will be transferred automatically.

If you have a new phone number, you can transfer your Rejsebillet profile by updating your phone number. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click on the top line, "Your Phone Number."
  3. Enter the new phone number and confirm.

If you haven’t received the SMS code for the creation of the user profile, you can select "resend" from the app. Be aware that you have entered the correct phone number.

You can use Danish and foreign phone numbers for Rejsebillet - with a few exceptions.

Please note: you must be in Denmark to use Rejsebillet.

 To change the language, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner.

Select "Language" and click on your preferred language to set it. You can choose between Danish and English.

historik History

To see the history of your past trips, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner.

Then click on "Previous Purchases." If the purchase was a while ago, you can use the four filters to find the trip more quickly.

You can view your valid tickets or Commuter Pass without an internet connection, but you cannot view your previous purchases.
