Closure of Rejsekort Anonymous – how to get your money
It is no longer possible to travel using the physical Rejsekort. You can therefore have the money on the card (remaining balance) refunded, and in some cases, a portion of the card price (remaining card value) as well.
Your options until 30 June 2027
You can have the money on the card (and any remaining card value) paid out:
- by visiting one of the following five sales locations in person:
- DSB: Copenhagen Central Station (KH)
- DSB: Aarhus Central Station
- DSB: Odense Station
- NT: Aalborg Bus Terminal
- Fynbus: Odense Banegårdscenter (OBC North Platform H)
Cash payout depends on the cash available at the sales outlet.

Note By using the web form, you lose your anonymity.
Important information about remaining card value
You can only receive the remaining card value if your Rejsekort Anonymous was purchased on or before 14 December, 2024.
The remaining card value:
- is part of the DKK 80 you paid for the card
- will always be less than DKK 80, as the card has already been used
Have you lost your Rejsekort Anonymous?
If your card has been lost, it cannot be closed, and the money on the card cannot be paid out, as described in the Rejsekort card terms and conditions for Personal, Flex and Anonymous cards, as described in the Rejsekort Terms and Conditions for Personal, Flex and Anonymous cards.
Important deadlines
The final deadline for payout is 29 June 2027.
After this date, the card will be closed automatically, and it will no longer be possible to have money or remaining card balance paid out.
