How to pay
In Rejsebillet, it is possible to pay with MobilePay and the following payment cards:
- Dankort
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
If the payment cannot be completed, it will not be possible to purchase a ticket.
If you need help setting up a payment method in the app, you can follow our guide or contact the Rejsekort Customer Center.
You always pay upfront with the payment method you have selected (MobilePay or a payment card).
Payment for a ticket or commuter pass is deducted immediately.
Price
You pay the same prices for your tickets in Rejsebillet as you would for tickets bought, for example, from a ticket machine.
This applies to both single tickets and additional tickets. However, it is not the same price as on the Rejsekort.
Cancel my ticket
If you regret purchasing a ticket, you can cancel pre-purchased zone tickets and tickets for a specific route up until the day before the departure date.
