The advantages of a Rejsekort with a commuter area
Check in and out on the blue point
With a Rejsekort, you must begin all journeys by checking in through a check-in card reader. If you change the means of transportation during your journey, you must remember to check in again. At the end of your journey, you must check out through a check-out card reader.
Renew commuter periods yourself
You can renew your commuter periods through our Self Service, Rejsekort Vending Machines, and retailers.
Traveling outside your commuter area
With a commuter area added to your Rejsekort, you will get a Rejsekort and a Commuter card in one. You will prepay in order to commute at a fixed price in your chosen zones for a selected commuter period. You will only pay an additional fee when you travel outside your commuter area.
Top up automatically
With a top-up agreement, you will always have enough money on your Rejsekort for your next journey.

Block the card if you lose it
The balance on the blocked card will be transferred to your NemKonto.
