Note that your Rejsekort can be blocked before the applicable expiration date. You can see if your Rejsekort is blocked in the self service. If you have a Rejsekort Anonymous you can see if your card is blocked at a Rejsekort Vendor, by using a Rejsekort Vending Machine or by contacting Rejsekort Customer Service at +45 7011 3333.
Be aware that the function is in Danish. To find the expiration date use the buttom "Tjek udløbsdato".
Enter your card number, which you’ll find on the front of your Rejsekort.
If your card expires after June 29, 2025, you can get help with receiving a refund of your remaining balance and any remaining card cost. In special cases, your card may have expired on June 29, 2025, or earlier, in which case you must fill out the contact form available under “Special Cases for Rejsekort Anonymous.” Find more information about refunding your remaining balance by reading here.
Please also note that your Rejsekort may be blocked before its scheduled expiration date. In this case, you can contact the Rejsekort Customer Service Center at 70 11 33 33.
