With a Rejsekort, you get discounts automatically. You even get a 20% discount on all journeys outside rush hour.
Maybe you have noticed that your journeys costs less when travelling early in the morning, in the evening or in the weekend? This is due to the time discount you get with Rejsekort. The time discount is activated when you travel within a regional fare area. That is, on Zealand (including Lolland, Falster and Møn), on Funen or in North, Central or Southern Jutland.
Time discount for everyone
Regardless of your customer type, you get time discounts on most journeys. You can see where your get time discounts in our pricelist.
• Monday - Friday, between 11:00 - 13:00 and 18:00 - 07:00.
• Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays.
You must check in within these time periods to activate the time discount. The discount is then automatically deducted from the price of your journey when you check out.
Check your time discount
If you look up a journey on Rejseplanen.dk, the time discount will be factored in on the calculated price if the selected journey lies within the discount time periods.
You always have the option to check if the time discount was activated on a journey. Log into our Self Service, choose "My travels" and click "+" to see journey details.
Special time discount for Young Person and Pensioner
In Jutland and on Funen, “Young Person” and “Pensioner” customers get an additional 20% discount on journeys by train between fare areas.
The time discount for “Young Person” and “Pensioner” customers applies for nearly the same time period as the regular customer time discount:
• Monday - Friday, between 11:00 - 13:00 and 18:00 - 07:00.
• Saturdays, all day
• Sundays and during holidays.
