• Rejsekort app: Check in and out in the app and pay continuously at the same price as the physical Rejsekort
Basiskort (physical card): Check in and out at card readers at the same price as the physical Rejsekort. Choose between personal or anonymous Basiskort
Rejsebillet app: Buy single tickets, commuter cards, and special tickets in the app. Youth Card can also be issued digitally

Remaining amount

Kortet kan ved bortkomst spærres ved henvendelse til den trafikvirksomhed, det er udstedt hos. Ved spærring tilbagebetales restperioden fratrukket 8 dage.
If you had a balance on your Rejsekort, when the system closed on 30 June, 2026, the remaining balance and any remaining card price will be automatically refunded during August 2026.
Since you did not pay for the plastic card itself, you will not receive a refund for the remaining card price.

Last day of travel

It is no longer possible to use the Youth Card on the Rejsekort to travel.

It is no longer possible to travel with a physical Rejsekort in buses, local trains, or light rail services in Jutland and on Funen.

, this is the last day you can check in using a physical Rejsekort on:

• DSB trains across the country and to Hyllie, Triangeln, and Malmö C in Sweden

Alternatives to the physical Rejsekort

Special conditions

Please note that replacement cards must be ordered and personal information must be edited directly to ungdomskort.dk

Disposal of the card

As a starting point, your Rejsekort must be disposed of in residual waste, both at home and at the recycling station. If you are in doubt, you must follow the waste rules in your municipality. The Rejsekort consists of plastic with a built-in chip that contains metal. The materials cannot be separated, and therefore the card cannot be sorted as plastic.
