The physical Pensioner Card is retained

The physical Pensioner Card, as you know it, will remain unchanged and work just as it always has. The Rejsekort app is simply an option for those who want to use a smartphone for their Rejsekort with the customer type Pensioner.

You can buy and renew the card as usual. Read more about the DOT Pensioner Card at dinoffentligetransport.dk/pensionist.

Transfer money from the physical Rejsekort

You can choose to close/block your physical Rejsekort. Any remaining balance will then be paid out to you. You can close/block your card via Self Service or by contacting Customer Service at +45 7011 3333.

Transfer volume discount

You can find a guide on how to transfer your accumulated volume discount from your old Rejsekort (plastic card) to the new Rejsekort app.
