If we at Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S suspect that someone is misusing the Rejsekort app, we will usually first send a warning and inform you that the app may be blocked.

In special cases, however, we may need to block access immediately – without prior warning.

If that happens, we will send you an SMS as soon as possible with an explanation.
