Yes. Before you close your child's Rejsekort as a card, any earned volume discount can be transferred from the card (this only applies to travel in Western Denmark).
If you want to transfer the earned volume discount to the app, here's how to do it:
In the app, go to the menu and select “Discounts” and then “Volume Discount.” In the top right corner, you’ll see a circle with a plus sign – tap it. Enter the 16-digit Rejsekort number and press Send. The volume discount will now be transferred to the app, and your child can use the earned discount on their travels.
Please note that the volume discount can only be transferred once. If you continue using the Rejsekort as a card after the transfer, any future earned volume discount will not be transferred to the app.
Once you’ve created your child’s profile in the Rejsekort app, you can safely close your child’s Rejsekort as a card.

Any remaining balance can be refunded to your account when you close the card.
No, you cannot link your child's physical Rejsekort to the Rejsekort app. They are two separate systems.
Your child's Commuter Card and your e-wallet from your physical Rejsekort cannot be transferred to the Rejsekort app.
