How to close your Rejsekort Personal or Rejsekort Flex

The Rejsekort card will close in May 2026. Get help closing your Rejsekort Personal or Rejsekort Flex and withdrawing the money you have on it.

You can also cancel your top-up agreement and use all the money on your Rejsekort card before closing it.

Please use either a user name and password or MitID.

Click ‘Block Rejsekort’ on the Rejsekort as a card you want to close.

You must accept the Rejsekort terms and conditions before you can close your Rejsekort.

Please note:

If you ordered your Rejsekort before 14. December 2024 and choose to close it yourself before May 2026, you will not receive a refund for the remaining card value. Instead, wait until Rejsekort shuts down and you will automatically be refunded the remaining card value.
If you ordered your Rejsekort on or after 15 December 2024, you will NOT receive a refund for the cards remaining value—whether you close it yourself or wait until May 2026.

Once you have accepted Rejsekort Terms and Conditions, you can click on "Block Rejsekort".

You have now closed your Rejsekort by blocking it. The balance on the closed Rejsekort will be refunded to your Nemkonto within 10-14 days.
