Yes. The funds from your child’s physical Rejsekort will be automatically transferred to the NemKonto associated with that profile in August, in connection with the shutdown of the Rejsekort system, and therefore cannot be transferred to the Rejsekort app.

Yes, until July 23, 2026, you have the option to transfer your child’s discount tier from the physical Rejsekort to the Rejsekort app. 

If you want to transfer the earned volume discount to the app, here's how to do it:

In the app, go to the menu and select “Discounts” and then “Volume Discount.” In the top right corner, you’ll see a circle with a plus sign – tap it. Enter the 16-digit Rejsekort number and press Send. The volume discount will now be transferred to the app, and your child can use the earned discount on their travels.

No, you cannot link your child's physical Rejsekort to the Rejsekort app. They are two separate systems.

Your child's Commuter Card and your e-wallet from your physical Rejsekort cannot be transferred to the Rejsekort app.
